The two girls studied at the 5th High School for Girls in Sofia till the end of 1943 and afterwards returned to 911 because of the airial bombardments of Sofia

The Convention between Bulgaria and Greece on voluntary and mutual displacement of minorities was signed immediately before the Peace Treaty  between the Principal Allied Powers and Bulgaria of Neuilly-sur-Seine was signed on 27 of November 1919. Afterwards, the Bulgarians from Greece and the Greeks from Bulgaria were displaced respectively as agreed on. The Bulgarian State 6% Loan from 1923 was intended to compensate the Bulgarian emigrants from Greece.
